Dr. Saran always exceeds my expectations in patient care. He is knowledgeable, understanding, and treats me as a person and not just the next appointment on the schedule for the day. On more than one occasion he has made unscheduled urgent care arrangements for me for my conditions. Many thanks to you Dr. Saran!
If you are experiencing chronic pain and are looking for compassion stay away from Dr Robin Jackson. She expresses being nauseous when having to explain herself repeatedly. She lack compassion for those who are in pain and taking meds and may not understand what she says. And she refuses to let you finish a statement if she feels she knows what you will say. Physicians are paid based on the amount of time spent in a room. What is her rush? Anyway she's awful. See a different person at this practice.
The new NP Robin Jackson has absolutely NO bedside manner, no sympathy or patience. She is the only reason I will not be returning and will be filing a official BBB complaint. I’ve contact my lawyer and the Arizona Board of Medicine. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional.
The medical staff members are all respectful, considerate, and studied regarding their patients medical conditions, and are appreciatively very helpful in their assistance readying patients for their respective scheduled procedures. They do a very professional job of taking the patient's vitals, and especially, providing WARMED blankets in defense of the surgically cold environs. From the Anesthetists to the doctors, nurses, office staff, and eve3ryone in between, you are made to feel important and deserving of the best of medical care. I highly recommend these medicals and their practice. Having said that, additional directional and informational signage would be of immense help, especially for the first-time visitor!!!
Go anywhere else but here. First visit I was supposed to meet the dr and go over treatment options. During the visit I asked several times to meet with the dr and I was told that wouldn’t be the case. I could only meet with an assistant. Then I was told I needed some injections, up to 5, to help my pain. I was told that I would be contacted once my insurance approved and that this normally takes a few days. After a week and nothing, I called in to ask what was going on. “Tracy” advised my insurance denied the claim. So I called my insurance. They never received any claim or info at all. Tracy just jumped the gun and wanted money out of my pocket rather than insurance. So she told me it was denied when in fact she never even did her job. Supposedly Tracy is the manager! So after speaking with my insurance, they set up a 3-way call with me on the line to the office. Tracy came on and was extremely rude!! My insurance was trying to ask her why she never did her job and submitted the claim. Then they asked her to please send in the claim Immediately so I can be taken care of. She was sarcastic and said “sure, I’ll get on it right away”. I tried to ask Tracy a question and she just hung up on me! Totally unprofessional. Two weeks went by and nothing. I called my insurance first to ask about the claim. They still had yet to receive ANYTHING from this office!! Meanwhile I’m in terrible pain. So again I called this office and more excuses after the next. Insurance said to set up a peer to peer to get this approved since I’ve tried everything else. After another two weeks I get a call from the office saying sorry, your insurance denied this claim. I asked if they conducted a peer to peer. Which of course they did not! And yet they continue to ask me if I want to pay out of pocket!! Long story short. This doctors office is in it just for the MONEY. Not for patient care. GO ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT HERE! Plenty of doctors out there that actually care for their patients and will do the necessary steps to get insurance approval. This is NOT one of them
Dr seran and his assistant r the best! They truely care and wana help u feel better. They r both down to earth and great people, as well as drs! Dr hogan and brad r the ones that do my procedures and again great people and drs! Thank u for helping me thru this horrible injury I don't think I couldve made it this far without u guys! So thank u!
The entire AZ Pain Doctors office is Organized, Clean, & Spacious... The staff are friendly and helpful...I am impressed with the Healing I'm experiencing after more than a decade of debilitating pain...I look forward to a few months from now...I feel I will be able to walk without pain if I follow Dr's. Protocol planned for me...I've been to many chiropractors since injuries...Grateful Dr. BAUM is my chiropractor presently...

Was referred from orthopedic doctor to get injections. Paper work filled out and got to the room, they tell me there's no doctor. Only nurse. Nurse can't give injections, only doctor. I took my paper work and called my referring physician, and they are upset also. Don't fool with this place. Can't get help..
Thank you Dr. Saran and all the staff at AZ Pain Doctors. My visit was very beneficial and I was able to talk to Dr. Saran about my main issue and concern about my sciatic nerve pain on my leg. Dr. Saran offered a series of shots that I am due for now, before I can get my Radio Frequency injection after August 17th. which can be more helpful for my current pain in my right leg and knee. Thank you so very much.
