Everthing went very smoothly with my purchase of the leather powered reclining sofa from Baer's. Nadine was very friendly and helpful. Both her and myself were shocked at the low sale price for such an impressive and well made item. Jesus from delivery was prompt, friendly and made sure I was satisfied. This was amongst my best furniture purchases.

Delivery of Baer's furniture was as promised - you are made aware of a window a couple of days ahead & then get an alert 30 minutes before they arrive. Delivery men were very professional. Very pleasant experience!

Was looking for a good quality double pedestal 60"wooden desk to go in my new home office . The store had quite a few but nothing exact One stuck out but too large and single pedestal The salesperson Warren spent a lot of time finding and searching through their catalogs and found that same one w the dimensions. Color and double peds . He said it'd take 2-4 weeks but wouldn't promise it . A week after the purchase we got hit w Hurricane Irma and I still got it in 4 weeks . The desk is absolutely gorgeous ! Wife and I love it .I even want to work more so I can use it :-) I'd go back there in a heartbeat and not pound the pavement as I did before finding them . Plus I'd def ask for the same guy as he made it a fun , lighthearted , yet professional deal Happy Client Kevin F

It was a pleasure doing business with Baers. Nora was terrific as a sales associate. The men who delivered the file cabinet were professional and careful. The emails and phone calls I received from Baers were excellent. All in all a most positive experience.

I must say for a high end furniture store they dropped the ball not 1 time but 3 times. They brought 2 damaged pieces of furniture to my house both were sent back the 3rd time I requested they pull the piece of furniture and send me pictures of the new piece coming to my house it was perfect I said deliver it by the time it got to my house it was scratched and damaged and all I got in return was a repair call to come out and fix the piece. They fixed the piece but what a inconvenience I missed 3 days of work because of three mistakes I complained to a manager they said they will handle internally what ever that means. I was very i satisfied with the entire process I never even recieved a follow up phone call to see how everything ended up. They want your money not you satisfaction with the merchandise the sell very sad compared to years ago they provided excellent customer service. Will never shop there again.
