If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely a rip off. Should only cost $30 or $35 per night at most. They only charge so much because there are so many people from out of state working in the area. I've witnessed them double charge people with no refund on a weekly rate multiple times. Place is not clean. And if you want your room cleaned, even just vacuumed you must leave the cleaning ladies money. It is also not a place I would bring my child

I do have to say that I was lucky it was there, but it was surely sub-par. Smoke detector missing, washcloth shoved in the hole where it was. Couldn't get the door open without slamming into it with my shoulder. Skid marks from a fresh poop in the toilet. I didn't shower because I felt that it would make me dirtier. The phone rang several times because it was receiving calls for the office, and I had to unplug it.
It did have a microwave and fridge in the room.

I was pleased with the professionalism, hospitality from the staff. My truck was being repaired and frustration was not added by location. Clean room, bed was feeling like a mini marshmallow. Highlight of stay was seeing a child on his way to go fishing. I miss the place already, enough reviewing for me.

There was literally poop smears on the fitted sheet and toilet of our "fresh" room at check in ..You get what you pay for!

Rooms are pretty nice. Very clean. The staff is some of the nicest people I have ever met. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I am working near by and will be staying for several more weeks. Very pleased with this place. The price for extended stay is unbeatable. It is very quiet and peaceful here.
