Service and quality of work is great. Always bring my car here for routine maintenance and will continue to do so. There are other aspen auto clinics close to my location but I trust the staff at this location and appreciate the great customer service I receive, so I always come out of my way to bring my car here.

Brought in my Ford Escape to have brakes and alternator changed. Extremely nice. Amazing customer service. They changed the alternator, only to realize on the road test it was something else. The computer had gone bad. I received and immediate call from Juan and he explained it could take three days but he would see what he could do. 5 mins later he calls back and says they can have it overnighted. I have never had a car place offer to overnight a part. Though it took a bit longer to get back, I have to say I’m very happy. No battery light and I swear the vehicle has never ran better.

Aspen Auto Clinic has always provided me with great service. When they repair and maintain my car, they get it right the first time. The staff is wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I've never had a problem here, and will continue to use Aspen for as long as I own a car.

My Jeep would crank but not start, I did a lot of investigating on my own before call Apsen.  They had it complimentary towed from my garage to their shop, which was nice.  They had it fixed the same day, but due to a part being bad, it killed my battery.  I discovered the battery was bad when it wouldn't start the next morning.  I had to Uber to work, and they offered to pay for it, which I declined.  They also sent a tech out to my house, got the Jeep running, drove it to the shop, and replaced the battery for only the cost of the battery and nothing else.  No shop is perfect, but its not the mistakes that makes one great, but how they handle it.  They handled in a extremely professional  manner.  They have earned my trust....which means they have earned my business.

They are so thoughtful and helpful! I really can depend on them. They are very professional and yet down to earth. Love all of them, and trust them 100% They definitely do not rip people off. Love them!
