Excellent customer service!! Keep it up

I had 4 tires changed and aligned here. The desk fellas were very professional, helpful and efficient. They also had a free shuttle to and from work while i had the work done. I don't think the shuttle goes very far but still an excellent option for people who need it. They even shined up the tires after the change.

i have dealt primarily with Jim in the front office. bought 4 new tires and paid for the additional alignment. after the alignment, still had a front end wiggle, and Jim had the alignment rechecked and corrected with no questions asked.

destroyed one of the tires on a curb grate, and Jim ordered the new tire and promptly had it mounted and replaced on the truck.

his employees and he warned me of a grumbling in the rear end--turned out to be a wheel bearing which was fixed under warranty.

very happy with the new tires and with the service. thanks

I have been a steady customer for five years with great service ranging from mechanical work on engine and transmission to wheels and tires. Great 
Service and friendly staff. I would not consider going anywhere else.

I am a repeat customer for all the right reasons . this is the go to shop... Staff is always very kind and waiting area is always clean. The courtesy shuttle is very clean and the drivers and so kind. Thank you tire world.

I went to Tire World on Tuesday afternoon 9 Jan just after I ran over some roadway debris that damaged the under covering of my car.  The material was dragging on the ground and I didn't want to drive much further.  I walked in not knowing if Tire World could help me, but as it turned out, Eric, the assistant manager (AM) and Eric, one of the mechanic technicians, did a fantastic job!  I cannot say enough about Eric (AM) and his professionalism, humility, and customer service.  He assessed the damage in the parking lot and said he would have Eric raise it to get a better understanding of whether it could be fixed right there, or if they would need to order any parts.  He then showed me the issue and said I could take it to the dealership or they could reattach it by affixing it with proper hardware.  I said it was okay for them to do the work.  Five minutes later the car was ready, and I looked it over to see.  Again, a fantastic job!  Start to finish, it took about 15 mins total time.  I asked Eric about three times in the process how much it would be, and replied each time, "Don't worry about it."  I couldn't leave without at least offering to pay something for their trouble, but again, just before l left, Eric said all he needed was to update what took place in his database.  Wow, I thought, how sincere!  Now that is how customer service is done!  They were amazing to me and I'm sure they will be amazing to you as well!
