Highly recommend! Scheduling was fast and they arranged for the rental car before I got there. For drop off, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Super prompt service, kept me up to date daily on progress. Pick up was even faster, car was immaculately cleaned inside and out, and car door was so well done I couldn't tell there had ever been a huge dent. Worked easily with insurance. Could nor recommend more!

My experience with Caliber Collision was excellent!  The center manager Kelly Childress was outstanding when it came to repairing the rear bumper on my Jeep Liberty.  She was able to fit me in right away, get the bumper repaired and did so quickly and professionally.  Kudos for great customer service and to her staff Shelby and others for making my experience exceptional.  As a graduate professor in business, I will be using Caliber Collision as one of my "good guys" example of how to provide outstanding customer service.  Well done Caliber Collision and Kelly.

Did not actually proceed with a repair here, just had an estimate done. The individual who conducted the estimate inspired high hopes for the company - he seemed very knowledgeable and professional. After my insurance company looked over the estimate and made a few changes, I sent the revised edition back to Caliber for final approval. After not hearing back for a few days, I called the shop and was informed that the individual who conducted my estimate was no longer with the company. I was surprised that no one had bothered to take responsibility of his company email account, but I went ahead and asked for my case to be passed on to another employee. I've called in 4 or 5 times in the two weeks that have elapsed since, and each time I was told to expect an email with an update in the next few days/same day. On my last call to the shop, I was told that Caliber doesn't typically do business with the particular insurance company assuming responsibility for my repair, and that I might not be able to schedule the repair at all. A final decision was to be delivered to me the same afternoon, but in characteristic fashion, the company failed to communicate with me. 

It seems the other low-star reviews have it right here - Caliber can't seem to manage the amount of work that it takes on, and while I generally had pleasant interactions with their staff, my experience with Caliber has just amounted to a giant waste of time. I didn't anticipate that at any company, I would have to dedicate so much effort towards merely becoming a customer.

Friendly and efficient staff. Great customer service, and the finished product was excellent! Would gladly use them again, but hope I don't have to.
