I have had my wife take our vehicles to this shop religiously while I am deployed as they have always taken care of issues in a timely manner with courteous service to include a motor swap in our suburban.  Until recently when my wife had to take it in for passenger side tie rod ends and axle seal that fell apart while she was pulling out of a parking spot about 8-9 months ago.  When they put it back together they left out three pieces one of which holds the input shaft in the axle.  I recently had a leak out of the drivers side seal again and brought it to Top Tech to have it diagnosed and they called me and told me what I already knew that there was play in the drivers side input shaft and it needed a 1580$ re-build.  The did not do any disassembly to diagnose this, the cashier said they kind of moved the input shaft and looked at it and could tell.  I had another shop actually take it apart for a second opinion and they found on the passenger side three crucial pieces two of which give the axle it's overall end length and a snap ring that holds the input shaft in the housing were missing.  when I brought it to Top Tech's attention they said it wasn't there fault and I quote this is what the manager told me      " we put it back together the way we got it."  The spacer and gasket they left out that provide proper end length to the shaft and caused a lot of play and destroyed the entire carrier.  The Manager consistently defaulted back to "well we told you about the drivers side in 2016" (when I was only there to talk about the passenger side and what the differential specialist showed me at his shop) and "we put it back together the way we found it".  also telling me there is no way with the method that they take it apart that they could have seen those parts were missing.   Issue is without the snap ring on there to hold the input shaft in the carrier it falls right out so it would have been pretty easy to tell there was something not right. I also called about warranty information on a water pump leak and the cashier told me he would contact the motor manufacturer and get back to me ASAP, that was a week ago and I am still waiting on that phone call as well.  I can no longer rely on this shop as they primarily work on the vehicle that my wife and children ride in if there attitude is " we put it back together the way we got it"  They didn't even offer to refund at minimum the labor cost for the seal that they blatantly re-assembled wrong and with missing parts.  I will no longer be recommending this shop to anyone as I have in the past. And I highly recommend anyone reading this keeps looking for another shop. My father has been a mechanic for over 40 years and I have been wrenching with him since I could hold a wrench.   Any "trained" mechanic should have caught those things or at minimum could have googled a diagram and saw there were required pieces missing.  Sad to see the turn for the worse this shop has taken as we have spent a lot of money there.

First time I took my car there and they fixed my problem it was ready when they said it would be and done at a fair price.

They aligned my fifth wheel axles. No problems, very friendly and courteous people. I would recommend. Great price too!

Top Service!!! We had several electrical issues and the team took their time to figure everything out. They showed us every single step, were nice open and honest. The best mechanic I've ever been to. Even if we're just in town for a couple of days it was important to them to help us in the best and cheapest way! We had great friendly staff who managed to fit us in on short notice as we were traveling through on the road with not much time to spare. Took a while to get parts needed but at no point did we feel left out of the loop with what was going on.
