I thought the service was good until I got a collect call this morning at 8am notifying me that I was getting a technician sent out to my house to install direct tv. I clearly remember telling the rep I talked to at this location when setting up my new phone line that I did NOT want any other services with them especially TV because I'm never home anyways and I already have xfinity and that's all I need is internet. Yet still I get a call saying someone is coming out between 12pm-4pm and I don't know how this person managed to mistake that but I was billed for direct tv services as well that I didn't even see on my account until today. I instantly called back customer support and got it cleared and canclled but whoever this was, they need to check themselves because this is a pretty damn big mistake!! I'm happy with my phone service but whoever this rep was that submitted the direct tv authorization is not very bright. 👎🏻👎🏻

Had terrible experience at the Hudson location came to this one figured out all my issues in minutes very happy customer. Great customer service here! I drive semi truck and great service over the US

My partner and I came in to purchase a phone for our son who is going into middle school.  His first phone.  Andrew was extremely helpful and accommodating.  He caught on right away to the expectations we would have for our son and sailed with it.  His words were supportive and encouraging for how a middle school student would need to demonstrate responsibility.  He took us to a phone right within our price range without trying to oversell anything to us.  One of the best customer service experiences we have received in store yet.

I can't express how helpful Andrew was, he made everything very easy and when we called with questions he made sure we were  taken care of. I would highly recommend them for anybody looking to change carriers.

Typical AT&T store. Walk inside are okay but you are better off setting up an appointment.
