I consistently have had good experiences at the AT&T Store on N Port Washington Rd in Glendale. The staff are always very friendly and genuine and in most cases, extremely helpful. Those that work there also appear to interact well with each other, thus creating a pleasant environment. I have always felt respected by whomever was helping me even if I feared the question I had may come off to be rooted from a place of technical ignorance. While being assisted, I have never felt rushed or insignificant, even if I simply stopped in to ask a question with them knowing I had no intention of making a purchase.

This was the first time, and probably the last time, I ever heard a manager, i.e. Juan at this AT&T store, in a service industry said "I can, but I am not gonna help you." Of course, he eventually did what he was supposed to do--helping customers. But the indifferent attitude and the abrasive behavior made me file a complaint and switch to a different carrier that same afternoon. There was some disagreement between me and Aryies, and I wanted to talk to the manager. Before anything, Juan escalated the issue without even trying to solve it. The treatment I got from Aryies and Juan was neither professional nor courteous. This is a corporate store, and Juan, the manager, represents what AT&T offers to a loyal customer of 15 years. With this level of service, I have to leave AT&T.

If you are not there to purchase a phone u don't get that extra mile, Its all enthusiasm when u making a big purchase only.

Came in for an issue with my data usage. Had a pretty negative prediction of what would happen but the end results were all positive. The representative did something I now see very rarely, she gave me options and reasonable solutions. #TrueCustomerService Thank you, as you have restored my faith in customer service reps. Good ones still exist.
