John at T-Mobile store at Grand Ave mall was awesome. I had an issue with my phone plan which he quickly took care of. He was very professional and answered all my question with great knowledge. Thanks for the help. Super great team including Angel who was also AWESOME. Will b back soon for accessories for my 2 new iPhone 8 Plus. I’ve been with T-Mobile for about 10 years and will never leave. Any issues I might have had have been taking care of quickly and to my satisfaction. T-Mobile truly care about there customers.

RE-POSTING SINCE GOOGLE KEEP REMOVING LEGITIMATE REVIEWS: Terrible store. Some time ago I had bought a phone from here after they told me I'd have coverage in my area.. turns out I didn't and couldn't get a signal because of how we were situated in a "dead spot". I went back to their store the very next day and asked for my money back (Which they had originally promised me a 100% money back guarantee/warranty for 10 days I believe it was)... they started arguing with me and had went back on their word and tried to refuse the refund when they had no right to do so. Finally after arguing with these NASTY people for half and hour they issued the refund, but gave me attitude the whole time and talked inappropriately to me and told me to "not come back". I told them I don't plan to with their attitudes and lies. I'm surprised this place is still in business.

This place in the Grand Ave was great. They took time and made my bill cheaper. The staff that were working today were great. Thank you.
