I cannot believe all the negative reviews of this place. Pathetic. My experience is that most of the employees in the pharmacy are very nice and competent but they are way understaffed. Probably because CVS as a corporation doesn't make any money!!! JOKE. LeRoy, Olive, Jennifer and several other employees are wonderful. As far as the managers and staff working in the rest of CVS, HORRIBLE. Illiterate and rude and unhelpful. This is not just CVS. I am finding that we now live in a society where sounding totally uneducated and unable to speak English properly as well as total rudeness is the norm. We have become a third world country.

I love CVS in Fox Point!! I pick up my medication every month, they also have it in stock, the pharmacist greets you by name. They are very friendly, and professional!

It is the absolutely slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I waited in line for thirty minutes to pick up! That is rediculous!

If you like waiting in line for literally hours to pick-up prescriptions, this is the place for you. Recommend Farwell location - fast friendly service. Oy.

I cannot even begin to explain how poor the pharmacy department is at this location. Ridiculous wait times and filling prescriptions that are not needed even after asking to remove them are the norm here. If you are just running in to grab a few things this place is OK, avoid using the pharmacy at all costs.
