If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst customer service I've experienced. Literally every customer that walked in while I was there ended up leaving. The gentlemen had no clue on what his was speaking about. Even the customer service rep was saying he was trained wrong or just had an I don't want to do this attitude. Makes me wish I never switched over to at&t

There was only 1 worker and my husband waited over an hour simply because no other store around had the phone he needed. If it wasn't for that we would have left the store. Beyond irritating and horrible on their end!!!!

Added a new phone to a plan in 20 minutes. Manager knew his stuff and was very friendly. Best AT&T store around
