Need more employees and more training. Spent waaaayyyy too much time there getting a new phone (3+hours). Plus I had to go back a few days later (another 2 hours). Would not recommend.

I asked the female salesperson about WI-FI devices and in detail explained how I would be using it. ( Thos was as Clear Wire who offered fantastic and easy to use external Wi-Fi devices for $50.00 a month  had just suddenly shut down ) I was desperate and she could tell I was really in a tizzy over this - mind you I worked at a restaurant at the mall so I was not being loud or rude at any point in our dealings, but in short- she talked me into a device they carry and said it could be returned in 14 days. We went over that part several times, because it sounded too good to be true that this would work for what I needed it- to film live shows. Sure enough it lasted THREE hours! I was livid and took it back and had to have my husband who works in high texh get on the phone to them. Once he drilled the lady asking her some atuff she should have asked me, I finally got the 7 days of use of this from $450.00 to $200.00!!!!! I should not have had to pay a dime. These mall atores need to stop hiring MAC makeup rejects and Forever 21 alumni to sell expensive complicated high tech devices. Shame on Sprint! You've lost control and lost my business and respect for life!
