Quick service by the reps in the store, but I had to go in person after a day of ordering online, as I never received the "your order is ready for pickup" email (it wasn't in my email's Spam folder either). The store rep volunteered that "our web site is really still in beta" and apologized. Overall, a fair experience though at Batteries Plus Bulbs.

Went in needing a new car battery, they were able to find the battery I needed and do the replacement right then. Very helpful and friendly.

This is my third purchase from the Factoria store. Two auto batteries and now two cell phone batteries. Each experience has been very good. The store was initially recommended to me by a friend in Arizona. I am glad that they are also located in my area. I will continue to stop in, and will recommend it to my friends.

Friendly and Great Service. Thank you guys.

I went the location to change my car battery and expect him exchanging my old car battery that has still partial warranty. Unfortunately my purchasing record was not in their CRM system because I purchased it from a different franchise so that they don't share my record and then I had to decide going to the old location where is far from my place. However, Nick, a staff, didn't want me spend time and energy to go that far-away and allow me have exchanging car battery at their place. What a pleasure.  I am glad that such nice guys, including Jerry, have a good business in my neighborhood. Big Thumbs up!!

We stopped in because my daughter's iPhone had a headphone plug broken off in the jack (don't buy Beats!). This was our last-ditch effort to get it fixed, after Apple customer service, the Apple store, and two jewelry stores had failed. The service person was incredibly nice. He gave us excellent advice about charging the phones (including how not to cook the battery), came out from behind the counter to hunt down a cheaper option for something we were buying, and best of all - worked at that darn plug until he got it out! Incredibly competent, nice, and thorough. We're going there first from now on.
