My experiences here have been good.  They have been quick and to the point, though I could see how some might feel like they are cold.  The selection of phones and other equipment is pretty limited.

Last Friday the charging port in my galaxy 5 broke. I desperately needed my phone over the weekend So I had to get a new one asap. I went in with a poor view (I hate dealing with large corporate places and anything to do with technology). Joey helped me right away and made the process so smooth. I didn't know if I wanted to switch to Apple products or stick with the Android system but he gave me plenty of knowledge on both. We decided that another galaxy was what I needed. He stuck with me while trying to decide between the regular model and the plus, me calling my dad, and wasn't upset at all when I said I wanted to buy my case and screen protector off Amazon. I really appreciated his genuine honesty and how he didn't push anything. I had a great expierance, thank you! :)

This is a review of data and voice coverage. It is TERRIBLE in this city. if you have the option to pick a different provider DO IT! I have lived near csu, West side on Taft & Far East side and I have never had good coverage. The map they show on their site is not accurate. I switched from T-mobile thinking I would get better coverage and it was the opposite. I have never had so many dropped calls and failed sent messages before. I am using a brand new iPhone so I know it’s not a phone issue.

Worst customer service. 

Currently standing in this location. Checked in 20 minutes ago with the manager on an iPad. He said one of the reps would have to help me. Since then he has spoken to a single other customer. Just watching baseball on the tv in the sitting area. And texting on his phone. 

If you the manager then help the customer. Will not return again.
