This facility has extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend it.

After receiving a quote over the phone from one associate (who really impressed me) I went into the store. CPR requires you go in and pay half the bill before they will order parts or schedule a repair appointment. 

When I arrived another employee came to the counter and started the quote from scratch.  His quote was $5 more. Not a huge deal, but literally less than an hour before I received a lower quote.  When I told the employee this he argued with me. When I did not remember the name of the person I spoke with on the phone (pretty sure he didn't give one) he seemed to infer I was lying and never went to ask his co-workers. He argued with me saying the price was fixed, stating over half the quote was for the battery. You cannot find that battery online for more 50% of his quoted price. So that was a blatant lie. 

It is the age of the internet, you think a phone repair store would know that better than anyone and not quote outrageous prices for parts. It is also a very small store, and I am positive not more than two other people were working in back at that time. So instead of walking to the back and asking if anyone remembered quoting me the repair, the employee inferred I was lying and ultimately lost a customer for good over $5.

I am very pleased with the service I received.

I dropped my iPhone 7+, looked these guys up, made an appt for them to look at it that morning, 3 hrs later my phone looks and works good as new.  The tech who helped me, Logan, was professional, polite, able to answer all my questions (in detail when necessary), and the best part is the job was done when he said it would be.

If I need my phone repaired again, these guys will definitely be who I look for first.

We've always had great experiences and service at CPR Fort Collins!  Several visits were just for questions.. and we always received awesome service, assistance, and solutions at no cost!  Yesterday we brought in an older iPhone that needed some help... Eden was professional, knowledgeable, and explained to us everything that needed to be done to get this phone working properly again.   
Definitely great customer service...  Highly recommend!

My phone was really  quickly and the did an excellent job on it, everyone was so nice and helpful. Would definitely go back to get my phone repaired if I needed.

The work was done quickly and the phone works well. Logan was friendly and knowledgeable. I ask other questions about CPR Services and Logan  answered them gladly. When I picked up the phone another employee check us out and Micheal was very helpful and went the second mile to help us with another problem on our phone.
