DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!!  There are other stores around town.  I've had nothing but trouble with this store since Katrina left years ago.  A days back, I returned a couple of bad Personal Cell Spot units after corporate sent me a much better one that connects to my Internet service instead of trying to boost an existing.  Not only was I able to get crystal clear calls and access to the Internet, but so were my neighbors. 
 Chatting with T-Mobile seems to be a MUCH better idea that talking with those at the stores.  All I needed to do to complete the repair was to drop off the bad units at the store, so I thought that this was certainly something simple that the store nearest me could accomplish. Nope!  They marked one bad unit returned, but couldn't figure out how to mark the second one returned.  I told them several times, whatever you do, DON'T MESS WITH THE ONE I HAVE AT HOME!!!  You would think that since they had physical devices in their hands, they would confirm serial numbers before making changes.  They ended up marking the working unit as returned, which COMPLETELY disabled the unit, and once again, my neighbors and I are without service of any kind until they can ship me a new unit.  I'm told that this will take about 5 days.  Save your time and eliminate frustration by going elsewhere.

I have never seen service like this in my whole life. Everyone here is absolutely amazing and provide all help to your need and to you as possible. I want to shoutout Sal, give that man a raise!

My phone locked up and I thought that it would have to be scrubbed. Joseph and the manager unlocked it. Joseph was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Even though they are busy (understaffed?) , the employees are never pushy and cold. They are always friendly and want to help, which is excellent customer service!
