Let me start by saying, I hate Sprint as a whole. I have since the first day I got their terrible service. But I hate them even more after having to spend even a second with the ass holes at this store. But since it is the only Sprint store anywhere near me that could handle the problems that I was having, I was stuck. I have been there 6+ times in less than a year, and there was only one time that I actually received decent service! It was, of course, the day that I was buying a new phone. So a commission is a great motivator for anyone to be a half way respectable and helpful person for even just a few minutes. I would caution anyone looking to switch carriers to stay away from Sprint and the pompus jerks they hire.

Each time we come here the Customer Service has been impeccable! They gently explain anything you need and always handle what we ask.  The very best phones, the best employee customer service bar none, the best Tech stuff, and the best plan, for the best price! Whew!! Awesome!

I came in this evening to pay off the remaining balance on my phones lease and get out of my contract with Sprint in order to save some money (I’d had some moderately severe financial changes in the last several months and needed to cut back on expenses). Even though Mike wasn’t able to help me because of restrictions put in place by Sprint, he was extremely helpful and straight forward with me about the best options to get out of my situation. Despite my massive overdue bill, I didn’t once feel guilty for being in such a terrible spot financially. I wish that I could stay with Sprint to keep having great customer services experiences like I had today!

This Sprint location has excellent customer service. I was on the verge of moving my 6 line business account to Verizon, but the manager and staff patiently explained how they could resolve my issue,  and save me money at the same time. The store is small,  but the customer service makes the visit worthwhile.

I was in the other night switching from Verizon to Sprint and Will the store Manger was helping me. He was very very knowledgeable, gave me an awesome deal switching over, plus he stayed late (after hours) to help me get everything settled! I can not be happier, I wish I would have switched to Sprint way sooner! Thank you SO MUCH Will!!!
