Went in to switch my service to AT&T. I got excellent customer service and was out the door within 20 minutes with my phone working. Thanks for the great customer service experience.

Not only did it take 3 tries to get a hold of someone for customer service,but when i finally did George says to me he's short handed and promised to call me back
But never Did, i will definitely not go with AT&T
For my phone provider. This company just lost out on 5 customer's. Verizon it is, on my way now. totally Disappointed with AT&T
Just glad it happened before i switched to them.

Do not deal with Kathy!  I brought my son in to look at changing his cell plan befor leaving to basic training.  We had asked about a couple of different plans and Kathy was very rude and abrupt when she realized he would not be purchasing a new device.  I finaly was fed up and left to Verizon to switch carriers, when We went to change service we could not because Kathy from this store had canceled his plan without us authorizing it.  I called back to the store and she answered saying that she could not turn the line back on unless we came in and paid to restart the line.  At that point I drove back to the AT&T store, as we walked in she was waiting at the door all of a sudden eager to help when I asked for a manager.   She said there was no manager there so I asked to deal with anyone but her.  Another employee came over restarted the line and we drove right back over to the Verizon store and ported his number over.  The only reason I am giving 2 stars was that the second employee was very helpful to fix what Kathy did.

Long time AT&T customer when asked why I had to pay for their mistake the manager told me to go to the Sprint store next door...I did and not only did I get new phones and a free tablet, I’m saving $80 a month. Thanks AT&T for the recommendation.
