I went in to the store about a month ago to upgrade my iPhone to the new X. Megan M. was the associate who helped me and from the beginning she was absolutely amazing! She mentioned she was a newer associate but I couldn’t tell. She went through the whole process step by step, explained everything in a way I could understand, and looked to get me the absolute best deal. She is definitely one who is all about customer service and exemplifies this in every way! She is a great asset to the company and definitely needs recognition. She is the one to see at the Nampa Marketplace location!!!!! Thank you Megan!!

Our experience was excellent. Joleen is great at finding a solution for our needs, answers our questions and is very helpful! I have followed her to other locations because we don't want to work with anyone else. Thanks again for your help Joleen!

I searched many locations and talked to many people before purchasing an Apple Cell phone for my son. Megan my sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was super impressed with her customer service and the level of friendly professionalism she exhibited in representing Verizon Wireless.

Katie was and is awesome to deal with!  Go in and ask for her!  I was in a horrible car crash 14 months ago and have not only brain damage but a broken neck still!  She listened to my needs and wants.  She understood my financial limitations and I walked out feeling like a million bucks.

Thank you Katie for being so helpful with me!!! Verizon is blessed to have you and your boss should give you a raise!
