Andrew did a great job showing us the vehicles we were interested in, specifically the 2015 Chevy Equinox as well as a similar sized Jeep Grand Cherokee. He didn't pressure us into a sale the same day since we wanted to make sure that we would be comfortable with a new purchase. We returned the next weekend and again looked at the 2015 Equinox to make sure 110% that what we wanted. Jason took care of us and walked us through all the paperwork and we were later the proud owners of the Equinox. 2 days later we had an issue with the car and I called and let Jason know what was happening and he scheduled us to come in today  for servicing, everything was taken care of and we extremely happy with how Jason took care of us and our Equinox.Thank you Jason and Tustin Buick GMC.

One of the most discriminating and discourteous service I have ever encountered in 62 years of life. The worst management, specially  the DM and Sales manager.Telling customer to leave and refuse service in one of the most horrifying manners. disrespecting a customer and intimidation. Extremely unpleasant experience.Never ever would I ever recommend, not only this dealership but also GMC & Buick Autos.

I just came across Mr. Anderson's response to my comments regarding a terrible experience I had at their dealership and his desire to correct  it for future.
However , Mr. Anderson, by asking me a question like if I had worked with another dealership at Tustin Auto Center does not seems to me a sincere effort to right the wrong. Asking me a question like that is not only insulting to me as a customer but also I would think other dealerships would NOT appreciate that kind of characterization of other reputable companies at Tustin Auto Center.
This type of questioning of a customer's intent clearly shows to me that management is not really interested in changing the behavior and attitude of their manager but obviously is trying to cover it up like it was a customers fault. How SAD!!!!
If you seriously want to reach out to me I am sure you have all my information on your files since I just returned my previous lease  of Buick from your dealership.

No fuss deal.  Great prices and great service.  I found a new place to buy all my GMC vehicles.  Best experience I have had at a dealership.

First time in....great service....addresssed my concern and fixed the problem.  Upon leaving with my vehicle upon repair,  I noticed that my display on dash was not lighting up. I immediately called and was asked to return during week when proper mechanic was in. I took her back today to be told that they did nothing wrong and could not fix my issue. Instead suggested purchasing a new radio at 600 dollars.....

Service adviser was nice and helpful.  However part of the service I requested and promised was not performed.  It also took 30 min. from the time I paid for the service until they drove the car to me from the back.
