We are super glad we decided to stop into Potato Couch. Evan was very easy to work with. He listened to our specific wants and directed us to the couch that we envisioned. I highly recommend Evan!!! Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful! We are confident the couch we purchased is of high quality at a great value!

Robert Shipley was a great help while picking out my new sofa! After going to 8 stores I found my “the one” at our last stop, Austin Couch Potato. The turnaround time for a custom made couch (you even get to pick out the fabric for the 4 decorative pillows) is 4 weeks, a fraction of what I found elsewhere. The quality, style, and price of the couch beats any of the other places I went.

Ordered $6,500 dollars worth of furniture from them. Super friendly sales staff but they said their warehouse quality checks all the pieces before delivery so everything was "guaranteed" quality. We were delivered a broken drawer and they delivery guys said they would report it and replace it for us. Seemed very nice but turns out they never did and now I have to deal with the manufacturer's warranty. Apparently I can't just bring the broken piece into the store and have them replace it which seems much easier to me.... may as well order online because it's the same hassle and cheaper prices or buy from a store where you can return products or parts directly to them.

Straight foward, honest and easy experience. Bob was very helpful, and answered any questions I had. The thing i liked the most besides the prices was that there was no pressure to do anything. No pressure to look at other items or speed up my decision. Nada. Definitely will start here with my future furniture searches.

I love this store. I have been shopping at Couch Potatoe since the day they opened. No one in Austin will ever beat there prices and the quality of the furniture is super. It’s the same furniture as most of the big retailers only at a cheaper price. My salesman Jim is the greatest! He is very knowledgeable and always knows how to assist me every time I return to the store.
