James Flores welcomed us by opening the front door . We were shown several living room  variations and made our  choice. We are impressed with the style skill set James  Flores carries and options presented to us. We're  very happy with the purchase .  We were shown a special  floor sale and walked out with a very nicely  matched coffee and end table set along with an accented large table  lamp . Thank you James Flores  for expert designer advice. These clowns sold me a leather living room set, then delivered a cloth set. We specifically said leather, the sales ticket says leather, they gave us a bottle of leather cleaner. When I called to tell them they delivered the wrong furniture, they said the sku number was wrong in their system, and that I would have to pay the difference to get the furniture I asked for to begin with. It's a simple bait and switch sales routine. I've talked to the salesman and the manager, and asked them to come pick up their furniture. Now, no one will answer or return my calls after 3 weeks of asking for a refund. I've had to call the customer service to actually speak to someone. I couldn't imagine how bad the customer service would be if I tried to get anything done with the furniture if I was keeping it. Do yourself a favor, and go to Bels Furniture. Same quality furniture, at a much better price.

I've sent an email like they asked, but doubt I'll get a reply. I'll update if it happens.

We had a very personable sales man, so he made the experience palatable. But Rooms To Go is very hard line on their pricing and doesn't budge on sales unless you buy packages. Still, we couldn't find the sofa that met our needs anywhere else, so they got our business.

The salesman was helpful the price was good.  However, there a delivery fee which I understand to my house but there's a fee to pick up from the store!  I was told the only way to avoid a delivery fee was to drive to Katy Texas to pick up.  Just horrible.  You're selling me furniture and you want me to pay a fee to pick it up from the store I'm shopping at!?

Great service from a fine gentleman named Don. Very understanding, gave us space but always available to help when needed. Good prices and great 60 month financing when available. Delivery is a little expensive, but not as much as other places.
