Actually, Carolyn Lorenz is the reason for my 5 🌟 review. Carolyn spent her own time away from work getting the dimensions and choosing the right size furniture for our home. She then actually came to our home to make sure everything was perfect. Carolyn was professional and courteous at all times. She had the task of communicating with me in Dallas and my husband in Austin. Sending pics back and forth until we were satisfied. Thank you Carolyn for a pleasant experience.

Place to buy furniture. Quality is better than at most stores. Sales personnel can be pushy, especially at the end of the month. Delivery is fast and professional. They have even helped arrange the furniture, as long as it doesn't take too long, they do have a schedule to keep. If you want good stuff at reasonable prices, shop the sales.

My wife and I purchased about $6K worth of furniture here last summer. We paid cash except for the office furniture which was understandably on backorder. Salesperson recommended we finance it, which we did, interest free for 24 months like he told me. I Regularly make payments for one year and balance in 12/17 is now $150. Last weekend I log in and my balance is now $500 as my interest free period was documented at only 12 months and all interest was applied in December. Mind you, there is zero visibility to your account or monthly statements unless you specifically request them from their outstanding billing department. If I had known, it expired I would have paid off the minute balance of $150 rather than incur an additional $350 of interest. Called their office and I'm apparently at fault (thanks Taylor). A cable company provides more transparency than this company when it comes to billing.

Larry who helped us in the store was excellent. He let us wander and find things but was available and helpful when we asked questions. Delivery went great and they showed up on time. Love the new furniture!

My wife and I visited the store and found an entertainment center cabinet that we liked. Larry handled the transaction over the phone. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Great customer service. Cabinet is well made, was priced right and looks very nice in our living room. I would recommend Star Furniture to others.
