Scott was amazing with his extensive knowledge and customer service. He walked us through all the sofas that met our criteria and answered all our questions. He was professional and took great care to ensure we were making the right choice. He did NOT pressure us into anything. WE walked away the first time to look elsewhere and he encouraged us to do so. In the end we got the best price and great furniture from him. We went in looking for a sofa, we left with a sectional and recliner. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thanks Scott.

Went to pick up mother in law mattress.  Said they didn't have a piece of plastic in the store to cover this mattress.  That she bought which was the floor model.  Not a piece of plastic that came off another piece of furniture.  Giving one star cause the two men's that carried it out we're nice.

Overall very good experience.   Plenty of selection.  Sales people weren't too pushy.   Ordered a 3 piece, then came back next day to change to sectional.   Prior day's salesman was quick and accommodating.     Delivery scheduled for 3 weeks after.  Crew was running a bit late, but called ahead.  Items unpacked and set well.

I seldom write google review until I feel that I have the responsibility to save other people the same tremendous trouble as mine.

Before you want to buy from RTG, you need to know several things:
1. you cannot do full fund return even if it is their products problem.
2. after you place the order, even cancel it before delivery, you have to pay partial restock fees.
3.if there products get some issue/damage, they will not replace it right away. instead, they will send technician to try to fix them first.
4. it is very likely you will see minor issues with their product when delivery comes.

Take my personal experience, I ordered a collection of sofa. 3 out of 7 were broken or flimsy assembled. They did not change immediately. They send technician the other day. The technician comes and sees the problem. The first thing occurs to his mind is not replacement but to fix. He will literally fix it at your home with you accompany like you have all day.

For these technician cannot fix, they will replace it. HOWEVER, when the second delivery comes, it was broken again. So guess what? I have to go through the technician and redelivery process again. Maybe again and again. (OMG, I don't have all months free to wait and watch you fix it). 

But I have to bear with it. Why?! because I just cannot return it.

It really sucks. The pieces displayed in demo room are totally different from what you receive.

Save yourself trouble and hassle by not buying from RTG. It is a pure nightmare to me.

Material on section I purchased starting peeling just over a uear, off two weeks after warranty.  When I called there was nothing they could do. I went to the store and confronted manager,  they finally agreed to an exchange.  But I can't seem to get them to pick up and deliver.  And actually speaking to someone that cares or has a clue....  You got me Rooms To Go but never again!!! Buyer beware.
