Visited Star Furniture during their annual Presidents Day sale. Not only did we find our Kincaid dinning table which we love! We did so during this great sale and received additional discounts on top of Star Furniture's already reasonable pricing which was fantastic. To make our experience even better we were politely greeted and helped by Troy (Thanks Troy!). Who was very attentive to our families needs and was able to provide top notch service during our shopping experience. Lastly we would thank Mitsy (Store Manager) for her exceptional care and handling of our order and ensuring all furniture purchased was delivered to us expeditiously. We thank you!

First off Star has some really nice furniture. It is higher end furniture, so you will pay more, and for the most part it is worth it. We have bought several bedroom sets, and other furnishings from them. Our last purchase was two leather love seats and one leather sofa. It is a massive sectional with a total of 6 mechanical recliners. The sales lady told us to get the insurance which we did, and she told us it would cover everything. Well that was far from true. It covered vomit, urine, and blood. WOW!!! That was it. We found this out, because after owning this for 1 almost 2 years the motor went out. The lady said the motor had a manufactures warranty, so they would send out the motors. She then told us that we had to pay full price to have someone come out and install the motors. She was not polite and she did not seem like she likes her job. After all we have spent with Star, we are really unhappy. My advice is really read the warranty and not go by some sales person trying to up her commission. Also, my friend has a Rooms to Go couch that cost way less than ours, is just a little less pretty, but their motors are working perfectly after 4 years of wear and tear. We will not be going back to Star.

We walked into Star Furniture and Joy greeted us at the front door. We told her what we were looking for and she did a great job of listening to what we told her.. She took us to pieces that matched our needs. We were able to purchase furniture for two bedrooms and a dining area in less than an hour and a half. Thank you Joy for the wonderful service! We will be asking for you whenever we need anything else.

Had a wonderful sales person who gave us some room to just look around and see all the different choices. Troy came by once in a while asking us if we had any questions on the products. He gave good suggestions and even moved furniture around to help make our decisions easier. He made the final paperwork and delivery easy and quick. I would highly recommend troy and Star furniture .

Met Troy right up front, and I usually try to shake loose from the Sales guy, however this guy won me over. He is the best!! On limited time, and budget he showed me the best deals from what I described that I wanted.....and saved me money! Amazing service.
