This is a private zoo, different feel from your typical city zoo. That being said they have done a great job. Nice variety of animals. Most animals have a story on how they ended up at the zoo. Most rescued from a bad situation. Price for admission is fair. Also one of the longest miniature rail roads I have seen. My son loved the train.

This is such a wonderful zoo! All of the employees are SO kind and very eager to offer information about the animals. They have educational talks all throughout the day (try not to miss these because they're excellent). The trails to the animals are gravel so it's best to bring a jogging stroller if you have a little one. The lions we're roaring the last time we went. It was incredible!

For the price, one of the best zoo experience you can have. Animal's are kept in fair conditions. The train ride is awesome. It is not as big or organized as the Houston or some of the other area zoo's. It's small but nonetheless as fun experience.

Had a really good experience visiting this place. All animals are rescued and they are very well taken care of. It is a small zoo, but it is a good place to go to with the family. They have a train that takes you around and you can also buy food bags to feed the llamas and the goats. Animals are very friendly and they will eat straight out of your hand!

It is a nice little zoo. The drive to it is pretty as well. Animals are friendly, and loved feeding some of them. Will definitely go back next time we are in the area.
