01/21/2018.  I’m not the one to leave reviews but today took me over the top. I’ve been going to this car wash for a few years and at first it was going good. Now the past year and a half, this place has gone down hill. For These prices, you would think your car would come out amazing. WRONG. I’m paying 25.99 for what ? when I’m getting a 10.00 wash. I stopped going for a while because I was sick of the service. My car is barley getting cleaned the right way. Its water spots all over the windows, my inside looks terrible, my wheels get half way done. It’s smear marks on my windows. Then when I ask them to go over it and fix it, they catch and attitude. I’m extremely nice to people and I tip well but I feel like I’m waisting my money. After all the snow and cold weather, today was a nice day so I decided to go there and give it a try. Now I understand it was extremely busy today but still not an excuse for a poor job. I watched the guy the whole time he dried my car. He was moving really slow like he didn’t want to be there. I watched how he was drying it and noticed ALL the spots he was missing. When he said it was done, I gave him a tip and my ticket and he took off. I was doing my walk around to if there was anything missed. I seen so much that needed to be gone over. I was looking for him but couldn’t be found. Now with all this snow, my car was turning completely black. So you had to put your back into it to get it cleaned. My wheels wasn’t done, half done tire shine, my trunk was still dirty, my front grill was still wet, ALL my windows had smear water marks on it. I took my car to the Home Depot parking lot and cleaned it myself. (That’s not my first time doing that) Why am I paying all this money to get my car washed and it’s a poor job!? So I’m not returning to them ever again. I gave it chance after chance after chance and no change. I understand they were busy but still no excuse. This place will never get my business again.

We purchased the $ 25.99 wash and feel like we received the $ 9.99 version. I had to ask then to redo the wheels and they still had to be touched up at home. Really the car on the whole inside had to be done again. Very disappointing....

Will never go here again. Had a gift card to use. Still did horrible. Car still dirty and give you ugly looks when you dont tip.

Best place to get your car washed. Don’t forget to have a couple of bucks in your pocket for the tip.

I paid for the double polyprocess and everything was great except they did not wipe down anything. The only interior they did was vacuum. I had to go and buy some car wipes to do it myself. What they did do looked good but I'm pretty upset that I paid and tipped for a service that was not done.
