I've been going here for the past 8 years and last few times we got our vehicles cleaned here at auto bell first colonial, they've been doing a crappy job.Took my car in today to get detailed due to the back to back snow days and only because the other car wash places are packed. As i pulled up i was greeted and i mentioned to the attendant that the interior really needs detailing (spilled coffee, salt, sand from snow days). The attendant says "oh we don't do that, we only vacuum and dry off your car, we're express car wash". I was left confused because for a customer who's been coming here for a very long time i knew they do way more than that. Besides, that's not what the advertisement says. I'm thinking to myself, if i want an express car wash i would just go to malbon bros (they do a pretty good job with nothing more to expect)... i went on with getting my jeep washed (i was already there). I then asked the guy who was so called "detailing" my car if the management has changed and says yes. Well, to sum it all up, i am officially done with this place..... oh and the manager's special is $29.99 (the most expensive one) and they really do a crappy job).

Took my SUV for an exterior and underbody
wash and towel dry after the snow melt. You were slammed. I should have walked around the vehicle before I left. Tipped the boy $5.00
When I got home after not running through any wet road spots there were places that he never even wiped off. I used to work at at SSS Car wash and know how a vehicle should be cleaned. I've been a faithful customer for years and was kinda disappointed.

I have been going to this Auto-bell for years now and the service has always been great. The past 3 times I have been there I have been more and more disappointed. Like many of the other reviews, when I get my truck back, I have to tell them to vacuum again as the floors, seats, cup holders, center console, etc are still dirty. The past two times the front and rear windows had not been wiped down on the inside as I still saw tons of smudges. They often "forget" to put in the air freshener scents in and many of the times the seats and dashboard are still dirty. 

You would expect paying $25 for a car wash they would do a better job. I understand this isn't a $500 detail job, but you really shouldn't advertise interior cleaning anymore since it seems the employees rarely do as promised. 

After all these years, sad to say that I will be looking for a new place to get my car washed from now on. My fiancé and myself.

Not the best ...but by far not the worst wash I've ever had. Exterior wash and tire wax well worth the price, especially this time of year.. I'll be going back often.

My boyfriend and I both took our cars for a carwash this weekend and were severely disappointed with the service. I purchased the manager special ($40 value) and he purchased the basic package which I believe was a $17 value. I prepared my car prior to the visit by taking out all items including the floor mats. I usually vacuum those at home and would leave the floor boards to the professionals. Upon receiving my car the floor boards were not vacuumed and many areas of my car were not wiped down. Simple areas like the cup holders, center console, and dashboard were still coming up with dirt. I did not appreciate purchasing their most expensive package only to return home to do more work. In addition, the rear reflector of my boyfriends car was knocked out in the cleaning process. The team was kind enough to point it out; however, two cars should not have such negative experiences in one day.  This was the first time we used this company as we usually frequent another car wash further away but went here for convenience. It's worth the drive to go elsewhere.
