I have been stewing about writing this review for 2 weeks .  I took a 2006 Cadillac STS to be completely detailed . When I walked up the car looked ok but then came into the "detailed" part. I opened the passenger side front door and the seat belt hadn't been touched and had makeup on it , I walked to the trunk and opened it and the edges were in touched, the passenger side door jam was dirty . I had gotten a gift card for $189.00 that was for the full package and they charged me another $10.00 at checkout. I thought this was it but drove down the street to get gas and the gas fill cap area wasn't done. I opened the hood to check the oil and the rim of that was dirty .  Almost done ... the next morning I turned on my wipers to wipe the dew and both the wipers were loose.   Come on folks, detailed... really.

Buggy bathe is a very hard working company.The workers are very kind and patient. I habe never had a problem with Buggy Bathe!

Decent quality work, but the amount of time it takes to get your car washed for a basic $15 dollar wash is ridiculous. It took over and hour to get done in the middle of the day during the work week. My best suggestion would be for management to seriously review the practices used to manage the workload here. Defiantly not worth the wait.

I'm not quite sure how this place is successful. Every person there was grumbling about how long they had been there for a wash or detail. Maybe the front desk folks should be more communicative about how long it could potentially take for their vehicle to be completed. Nice waiting area with complimentary Keurig, as well as snacks and drinks for purchase. Cable TV to pass the wait ..

Don't waste your time or money.  I usually clean my vehicles but decided to bring my truck in and save me some effort this go around.  Upon arriving the attendant explained the different options available and I chose the highest one which was supposed to include a car wash, vacuum, window cleaning, and wipe down of the interior.  I even elected to pay the extra $1 each to have them clean my floor mats.  

When I received my truck back they asked if it met my satisfaction.  I opened one of the back doors and found the floor board still had dirt and sand, and pointed it out to the person.  They explained that if I wanted a better vacuum job that I would have to get the 'detailed detail' which I didn't even know was an option.  Albeit not an acceptable excuse I decided to let it go and the person left.  Once I actually got in my truck I found that there was still dirt in cup holders, the shifter boot, and various other places.  Plus there were about half a dozen dried wax prints of the attendant’s fore arms or elbows where they leaned on parts of the interior and didn’t wipe up after themselves.  The only good job they did was on the windows. 

What makes it worse is that I had already tipped the person when I was paying at the register before being able to inspect their work!  Lesson Learned: Keep cleaning my own vehicles or go somewhere other than here.
