Wow! Came here on a 30 degree day. When I pulled up I realized the employees hand dry your car. I felt bad because it was so cold, but I had tons of salt on my car from a trip up north earlier in the week. They were all really nice and seemed pretty enthused to be there even though it was freezing! For $11, got a great wash, washed the underside, and my car was hand dried.

Poor service.  They did a terrible job of vacuuming the inside of my car. The inside looked exactly the same before I even brought it there. And their tire shine completely sucks, it wore off  in a couple of hours and it didn’t even look like they were shiny in the first place.  Very disappointed in their car cleaning skills. Do not go here,  You will have a cleaner car if you go to Rio car wash and get the three dollar car wash.

After a horrible experience 5 yrs ago involving a scratch on a new vehicle I figured it was time to give your team another shot...especially BC so many people use you.  Results...nothing less than horrible. I mentioned 3 items to my detailer that I noticed from 30yds away. Upon  closer inspection I realized the problem was way more advanced. The interior armor all was splotchy, the wheels/rims were not cleaned at all, the tire gloss was applied carelessley(not applied to the whole tire), the rear bumper was still covered in dirt. The real problem is your employee was ready to give me back my 
vehicle like it was clean. Beyond unacceptable! Thank goodness I had a microfiber in my vehicle because I pulled over to the Kmart parking lot and finished the job myself the best i could with 0 chems.
