I don't know why I keep going there. I pay good money to have to car care for inside and out. I always without fail have to have them vacuum the inside over again - looks like it was barely ran through. And they are in so much of a hurry to wipe the car down, they often forget parts of the car, and or forget to dress the tires. There is too much more to add. So I'll keep my rating short by ending it with; seems there is no management or supervisors available to inspect each car ensuring the customer will be happy with service.

I have a large Jeep Wrangler on 36in tires with a three inch lift. So I was understandably concerned. But there were no problems. My Jeep look great! They did a great job! And the guy that wiped it down at the end for me took the time to get off the dried on mud off my mirrors when the car wash missed them. Everyone was very friendly! Can’t recommend enough.

They are excellent if they make it to your car in time to dry, otherwise you end up with a lot of spots and smears on your car.  Look at the line before purchasing any service that includes drying.  If there's a bunch of cars outside, there's no way they will get to your car before it dries on its own.  Further, if the line to enter goes outside their property, they're famous for increasing the speed of the wash which will leave tons of dirt on the back of your car for you to clean later!  After they've dried your car, be sure to do a walk-around to verify... and don't expect them to wipe your door jams.

I used to frequent the locations in Charlotte in year's past and good experiences, this was my first visit at this location. Pricing was fair for what I received. The guys work quickly and efficiently, generally seeing them jog across the lot to grab towels, cleaners, etc. was reassuring to see, knowing my car wasn't just "sitting in cue", but actively being attended to. Not enough benches outside to sit, but all else is great. And $25/mo for unlimited exterior only washes is a steal!!

I haven't personally had my car washed here (the rain washes it for free!) but I've been here with others that were getting their car washed. They always look great.

Saw some mentions about the prices, not sure how pricey it really is but I'll be sure to check and update this review next time I'm there.
