I have came to this location in the past, I normally go through a Chris Hilton and his service is always amazing, and I decided to go today with my new car, didn’t see him but saw many other workers, I got the 17.99 exterior wash which had the tire shine and hand dry etc. the guy who directed me didn’t do a good job at all when my rim hit all over the guide, normally this doesn’t happen, when I came out of the wash at least 3 people were on the car and after I drove away expecting the wash to be as good as normal it does, the car was still wet all over, the tire shine didn’t even look like it was put on, and I have 30 day temp plates from the dealership and my rear plate came off and they didn’t even bother to tell me it came off so I drove around with only a front plate. I was no were close to satisfied as i normally am.

Absolutely the worst car wash ever. I’m normally an auto bell fan and regularly use the first colonial location, today with me rushing I went ahead and gave this location a chance to to clean my vehicle. I received a full service wash with tire shine, my windshield and interior glass have the same road grime on it from when I arrived for the wash. They never even put tire shine one my tires and they only vacuumed the drivers side of my vehicle. Extremely disappointed. Terrible for the brand. I will never use this location ever again. And the sad thing is I was the only car being washed at the time.

They need to hire more hand dryers. After my car wash had to wait 15min for them to dry my car by that time water had already dried with water spots. Not very organized. Hire more people.
