Arrived on time, explained the process, did a great job inside and out.   Very detailed work, didn't miss a spot including truck space and I asked for under the hood.  Highly recommend, will use their service again and recommend to others

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY. Despite a negative review warning about a last minute cancelation, I went ahead and booked an appointment (scheduled for 2:40pm). The day of my appointment I was inundated with phone calls (6 to be exact), first casually asking if they could switch my appointment to an earlier time (before noon) which I couldn't accommodate, but was told "No problem, we'll see you at your scheduled time." At 2:50 I was called and told the detailers were coming from Suffolk and would be another 30 minutes. Then at 3:20 I was called and told that the detailers were stuck in traffic and they were canceling my appointment. I told them I had arranged my afternoon to be home, needed the service and they could come late, but they refused. I had booked the gold package for an SUV with additional detailing (about $200 worth of service). I was frustrated and asked, "As a first-time customer, can you give me any incentive or future discount to book further services with you?" and was simply told "No." I've never left a bad review in my life, but this was beyond poor service.

This company did a very good job detailing my Honda Civic. I purchased a Silver Car Wash and conveniently scheduled my appointment online. The website is extremely easy to navigate and it even allows you to leave a tip when you check out. They send you an e-mail and a text to remind you of your appointment, which was very helpful. The company called me to let me know they were on their way and their anticipated arrival time. They called me when they arrived and got right to work. Then men greeted me with respect and were very polite. The Silver Wash time expectancy on the website is 90 minutes, but they finished ahead of schedule by 15 minutes. The work the did was very good. They even got the crumbs in the impossible-to-reach places! The only criticism I have is that they could have wiped down the dust a little bit better on the dashboard, and there were a couple of smear marks from their shoes on the plastic door molding. Overall, they did a very good job. I definitely will use this company in the future.
