Teresa was my service adviser. Although my car needed to be in the shop for a few days due to multiple items and recalls that needed to be addressed. Teresa kept me informed as to the progress constantly. Teresa also had one of the drivers pick up and drop off my car when it was done since I was so busy and didn't have time to make the trips myself! Thanks for making this experience so easy!

Chris took me right in last Saturday when I brought my car in with an electronic collision sensor issue. He said they would take car of it and had to thoroughly go through the car and  I had a loaner car within 10 minutes and back on my way to work. I had the car back by Tuesday morning. Superior Service. Thank you.

This was my first time having my car serviced at Prestige Motors.  Dave Rovello in the service department, made it an awesome experience for me! Mr. Rovello made what I thought wound be an arduous experience, a most pleasurable and memorable  event!  The professionalism, courtesy, and understanding was impeccable. Everything seemed so well organized and coordinated.  I will never  take my Mercedes anywhere else to be serviced. Excellent job Dave!!  Thank you again....

Never thought I would not be able to buy a car when I wanted to. I came in and was greeted by reception who took my info and was immediately introduced to a salesman, which sat me down and took all of my info again and asked me about what car I am looking for. After that, he asked me to wait and he will be right back. 20 minutes have past and I am still sitting and waiting. I finally walked up to the reception again and to try and understand what I am waiting for. She had no idea where the salesman was and said that she would get me a another salesman. She said, here is your salesman... 2 seconds later, this salesman is already with another customer. All of a sudden the 1st salesman is walking by and says that he didn't forget about me and asked if I wouldn't mind coming back another day since they are just too busy today... Today is the end of the month and they just can't accommodate me today. He will give me a call to set up an appointment... Meanwhile I spent at least 30-40 minutes at the dealership waiting on a Saturday, where I could have spend this time doing something better. Extremely poor customer service and once again, I bought a lot of cars in my day and never thought that I would come to a dealership on a Saturday, ready to buy a car and would be turned away... Will try my luck at another dealer...

Fast and friendly service. I took my car in for the 40K mile service. I was running late driving in from PA, but they were very accommodating and provided me with a beautiful loaner-wish I could have held onto it a bit longer :-)
