Great service,great pricing. Had my truck in within 2 days. Changed out a bad shift solenoid and flushed the transmission with no extras. Back on the road the next day. A year later still shifts like new with 200k plus on my Yukon. Highly recommend

They fixed my leaking transmission and had the best rate in all of lake county and were not out to rip a woman off...would highly recommend

I had jut moved into town and didn't really know anyone that I felt I could trust with my older car.  This is my baby, and I wanted to find a good shop.  I chose to take my car to Ken, primarily because of his online reviews.  Let me tell you, I was not disappointed.  Ken is an honest businessman and I am delighted to have found him.  I will definitely be taking my cars to him because of the way he runs his business.  He may not be the fastest, but you can trust him.  To me that is the most important thing!

I cant say enough as to how incredible these people are. I recently purchased a work vehicle from a dealership that I would highly highly suggest be avoided in the Cleveland area. While this vehicle was owned by the dealer before they sold it to me they had transmission work done on it at NOAT. Unfortunately there ended up being some issues later on and the transmission was no longer under warranty. I called up NAOT anyway and without any hassle at all they said bring it up and they would make it right. At no additional charge to me they took care of the issue that in all reality they didn't have to do. When it came time to pick up my vehicle my parents went up to get it while I was at work. They drove over 2 hrs to get there. After they left the vehicle started acting up so they took it back to have it looked at and they found anther issue (unrelated to what they had done). The owner of the shop took a part off of his own vehicle to put on mine so we wouldn't have to wait for a part to come in and make another trip back. 

My dad is what myself and most would classify as a car expert. He is very very familiar with the games most shops play to milk every dime they can out of their customers. I don't know of any shops that he would suggest to anyone. When he brought back my vehicle and gave me the keys he just said this shop and the people that run it are incredible. They informed him of all of the issues that the vehicle had and what they did, and he wanted me to understand that they didn't have to do any of the things that they did for me. I wasn't their customer, the Dealer was, and the transmission was out of warranty, but they took care of it anyway and they were very friendly throughout the whole process.
