I moved to MD about 6 months ago and this is one of the nicer apartments I found in my price range and in the area I needed. The staff is very helpful and nice and the complex is quiet. The apartment is in good condition as well. I def recommend this apartment

I have called numerous times about kids throwing rocks or banging on my window.... NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.... I was late on my rent I was told we will work with you however, nobody has worked with me. They finally have cleaned that nasty swimming pool (which I'll never swim in ) because I seen the before situation and it's have stagnant water in it for the 4 years I've been living here. Before the new management security was on point and seen on foot and in vehicles. Now we don't know who security is. They say small dogs only and I have seen several pitt-bulls already. . I've been in the hospital for 1 month and have had heart surgery I've explained this to the rental office however because my rent has been late due to this medical condition. They keep threatening to evict me. I understand that people have to do their jobs but they should work with the residents as well. Not everyone is intentionally skipping out on the rent. I just got a full time permanent job and will be looking to move out. SINCE the "new" management it's people smoking weed outside of my window now. Being loud, hanging around the dog park all night smoking weed. being loud. And it looks like anyone can rent here now. A lot of unsavory people live in this neighborhood now. The kids, throw rocks at windows, they have taken the fire extinguisher and sprayed someones window with it. It's sad here now. With all the eviction threats it's causing me more chest pains.

Avenue apartments has been such a breath of fresh air. I can't believe it took me so long to find this place! Super quiet, great location, friendly office staff. I plan on staying for a long time to come!!

These apartments pop more than your favorite bag of popcorn!! My unit is updated through out. I do so much entertaining with the kitchen and living room layout. My dining table is literally right outside the kitchen!! Love the swimming pool, Sandels resort eat your heart out. Close to Park Bershire where I love to take my dog Samson. Really close to my favorite gym 24 Fitness. Target is so close I can't even keep myself out of it!! Highly recommend this place to everyone!

I know there has been a change in staffing recently, and I honestly see an improvement. I never have a problem getting my service requests taken care of quickly and everyone I've met in the office has seemed really nice. I look forward to how else the Avenue can wow me!
