No apartment complex is perfect but I will say Mill Run does its best to be perfect. The ladies at the leasing office were the best part of moving my mother into her new apartment. They were so helpful and fun to deal with and the apartment was nice and clean. There was one small issue but it wound up being our fault so I can't blame them. I would recommend giving them a try.

I have lived at Mill Run for almost 6 years and it is not perfect, but the team in the leasing and resident services offices are very helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and all my maintenance concerns were taken care of in a timely fashion.

Major complaint is that they NEVER pick up the line for residents. In order for you to let them know that something needs a repair , you have to physically go to the office. Forget about calling them. I had to spend my lunch breaks( many lunch breaks) driving to their office and back to work just to let them know that something is broken. For the price I’m being charged with they could’ve hired one more person to answer their phone calls.

This place is hideous. I can post pictures so that you can see that you will be living in a mice infested place. The resident services team is AMAZING, but they can only do what is within their authority. They will renovate the apartment so that from the exterior, it will look amazing, but they will not tell you that in a short time, your bathroom will fall apart, your tub will slowly peel (due to the glazing over the old tub and it's poorly done), you will hear EVERYTHING your neighbor above you does or says (if you live in a lower unit), your neighbors will park in spaces they are not permitted to, trash will be everywhere and GOD help you if you cannot work from home on a snow day because they do not plow properly, without you calling management, repeatedly. If you speak to a "real" tenant, who has lived there beyond a year, you will get the unadulterated truth. Oh, also, they will put blemishes on your tenant record so that it makes it that much more difficult for you to be able to move. Don't move into this hellhole if you can avoid it.

After hitting some speed bumps when first signing up, we dealt with Dana Spencer in the leasing office who was amazing! She fixed all of our problems and offered excellent customer services to me as it was my first time signing a lease. She was well versed in the process and ensured I felt comfortable throughout. Dana exceeded my expectations by allowing me to endure such a smooth transition with the lease signing. She was great!
