Have you ever lived in an apartment complex that threatens to charge for carpet after you've been there for 5 years that's part of your upgrade? Well they do. Have you ever been told that of your toilet is stopped up and they find something in it you have to pay to get it replaced or fixed instead of them just taken the object out which is maintenance job they want you to pay for that. Little kids throw stuff down the toilet on a regular basis. Well they do. When you transfer to a different unit the make you start over like you are new to the property which I think is ridiculous. God forbid your credit is jacked up because you would then become homeless. Have you ever live somewhere where you put in a maintenance request and nothing ever happens and when it finally does they close it before they finish it. Well that's what they do here. The water smells like sewage or sulfer and they have not tried to correct the problem or find the source. I have complained about this on several occasions. The smell became worse once the pipe above me burst in the bathroom. I kept hearing that is was from standing water. Like hell it is. This water smells horrible every time you turn on the faucet. It literally has to run for 5 minutes or more before the smell fades but not go away. I live here but I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Here is some of the letter I am sending to Foulger Pratt and On-Site management: "Over the past couple of months, we have had a constant issue with a strong smell of Marijuana in our apartment. The smell comes from someone's apartment and seeps into our apartment by way of the ventilation. We have spoken with the Leasing Office and was told that we need to give them this complaint in writing and include the person's apartment number. The problem with this is we never know for sure who is smoking the illegal drug. What we do know, is that one person in apartment T2 smokes on her patio making it so we cannot open our sliding back door and enjoy a nice day's breeze. As we walk around the back of our apartment building, we have seen (and smelled) other tenants smoking this drug limiting our ability to enjoy any day at this apartment complex. I can only imagine that each building has an issue with this, but we can only speak to the building in which we reside. I do not know what the leasing office considers “Quiet Hours” in the complex, but I believe common courtesy dictates that at least after 9:00 P.M. noise should be reduced to allow for the quiet enjoyment of your dwelling. While we love children, we find that there are some whom do not respect the rights of the tenants in our building to peace and quiet during any hours of the day. Constantly there are children, some of which do not even live in our building, who come into the lobby and through balls at the glass window and bounce those same balls around in the lobby. On top of this, they are usually screaming at the top of their lungs and banging on someone’s door (which I can only imagine is exponentially more infuriating for that particular tenant than it is for us). I do not have kids and therefore have never asked if the leasing office has a curfew, but do you? If not, I would like to suggest one be put in place as these children have gotten out of hand. Recently, the kids have taken to leaving trash outside the unit and refusing to clean it up making the landscaping appear as if this is some slum in New York. Perhaps more closed lid trashcans are necessary in common areas? We were told when we moved in almost two years ago, that we would have a key-fob entry security door. In the first year, this did not happen nor has it happened in the second year for our building. I have been relatively quiet about this since it was not much of an issue and we have had no issues with shady individuals lurking around the complex. Unfortunately, this standard was broken when I had some of my Military uniforms stolen from your washing facility. I am aware that you and your company are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles of clothing, however, I can only imagine that this would never had happened had the security doors been in working condition. Now I have seen that you have some type of security code on your buildings in the front of the complex near the entrance so I know that some buildings are equipped with working doors. While this is disheartening, I do not want to believe that this complex, owned by such a prestigious company as Foulger Pratt, would only take care of the front of the complex nearest the leasing office and put off the upkeep of the rear since no one would see it upon first glance."

Unless you like paying to live in mice and roach infested apartments DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management will say they placed you on an list for extermantiors to come out but only treat one unit instead of the ENTIRE building. So mice and roaches are running from unit to unit! THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE BETWEEN THE CHILDREN PLAYING IN THE BUILDING AND PEOPLE HANGING IN THE HALLWAY SMOKING WEED AND STEALING PACKAGES YOULL BE STRESSED EVERYDAY OF YOUR LIFE IF YOU DECIDE TO LIVE HERE! RENTER BEWARE!!!
