I've lived at Holly Springs for 13 years now. When Ms Joyce Roberts was managing, this place was a great place to live. Now that she's left the property, things have gone down BIG TIME. Mice have invaded my unit. I have contacted the rental office several times trying to get holes patched. Only once has someone, responded to patch an area. I have located 2 other locations but my calls and correspondence has gone unanswered. The last exterminator who came put traps and poison down but told me he wasn't sure when he could come back to check the situation. I have 3 outlets that don't work. Its going on 3 weeks and no one has come to repair them. Again, I've called and sent correspondence. Now my neighbor has decided to blast their sound system each evening during the Christmas holiday. Guess there's no need to complain. The office staff certainly could care less. I truly miss the previous staff. They got things done. I've decided to hire my own exterminator. I'll get them to patch the holes. It's winter time, prayerfully that will get me through the winter until I can look elsewhere to live. Not much else I can do at this point.

I've been at Holly Spring Meadows for 5 yrs or more. I love the complex and I've had no problems. The people in the rental office are very nice, the maintenance is good and the neighbors are nice as well. The location is great.

My initial visits to the leasing office were actually very pleasant. I actually moved here on a resident referral, but I must say I am not pleased at all with how the rental office has handled a complaint I submitted a week ago. I will wait until I get some sort of feedback, before going into detail about this matter, just be cautious and not fooled by the nice and friendliness before signing your lease verses actually residing here. smh. I will update this posting as this matter moves forward.

Cant get no one on the phone to even set up something! Phone just hangs up. Dint know if I want to waste my time going around to them

I'm a new resident. Holly Spring Meadows seems very quiet and friendly so far.
