I love Woods At Addison. I have been living here for 3 years and the leasing manager is always helpful. The apartments are large and it is close to public transportation for a reasonable price. I do wish that they have washer and dryers inside the apartment. I bet most of these people writing bad reviews are probably subleasing the apartment or don't know how to report issues in a timely respectful manner.

This place is the worst. Don't be surprised if you come out one morning to go to work and find that your car was broken into because the teenagers are all thieves. Last summer people's car tires were being taken and the car left on bricks. Move here at your own risk. The kids piss in the washing machine, hang out in the hallway, they won't get up off the steps to let you by. Just straight up disrespectful. The fat woman in the rental office is lazy and disrespectful as well. She'll sell you a dream to get you in here but once you're here, she's done with you. Don't be surprised if the rental office is closed for no reason almost all day. People walk their dogs and don't clean up the poop. Just the worst, but you get what you pay for.

For the last 2 years I been living here we have dealt with rude management maintenance take there time to fix things. Water damage no Ac mold pest I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here only thing good about this complex is transportation and the units are big that's it 👎👎

I've had the worst experience in these apartment and plan to move-out very shortly. Most reviews about this place being a good place to live are very misleading. Be prepared for your vehicle to be vandalized and/or broken into. Be prepared for maintenance to be in your apartment without your permission. Be prepared for the leasing staff to be rude and the manager Shatavia is the worst. Be prepared for nothing to be fixed properly and for the a/c to constantly turn off. The rooms are big and the apartment is spacious, but the walls and floors are paper-thin. If you like privacy or exercising or have animals or kids then I wouldn't suggest moving here.
