Helpful, kind lady working the counter. Toyota Sienna was promptly delivered with diligence. These guys are closed on weekends, so plan around that or go to the airport.

Love this location. No hassle and you don't have to have a major credit card to rent. But they are not open on Saturday and Sunday.

Scheduled a rental and when I go to look at my conformation they charged me twice. When I went to the office to ask about it the woman in the front told me it wasn't her problem and then preceded to not let me rent my car for "unknown reasons". She was incredibly rude and unprofessional to my entire family and seemed to find it amusing. Needless to say we will never be using this company again.

Timely, professional, friendly staff.  I locked the key in the trunk, and it was retrieved in 20 minutes.  Chevy Malibu in excellent condition; smoother ride than my car.

Prepaid reservation to pick up at this location on Saturday at 9 am. Sign on door and phone recording said they open on Saturdays at 9 am. Hand sign in window said they will open next on Monday at 7:30. 

Called national customer service who said I would have to drive to airport and I would have to pay $40 more for the rental. I'm inconvenience for their sessions, but I'm going to have to pay more. Just two days before, I received an email saying my car was waiting on me. If the hours recently changed, and they had me down to pick up a car that day (already paid for), why wasn't I notified?

Worst customer service award goes to Trussville Avis and their national customer service people.
