BEWARE! If I could put a negative star, I would. The staff is incompetent, unorganized, and unprofessional. Their customer service is horrible. Greg, one of the managers there, is a dishonest and rude person. He is not a man of his word and does not promote good customer service on any level. The store opens up at 7:30am. When we dropped our vehicle off at the body shop, we called for an hour before someone came in and picked up the phone. When we returned our vehicle the guy that checked us out stayed on his cell phone the entire time and just walked away after he checked the car. We had to go ask him if we were done. The car was rented through the insurance company, but they charged us for an upgrade that they gave us because they did not have our requested car. I called and spoke to manager Greg several times. He is the most horrible manager. He told me he would call me back and he did not. He told me that it had been corrected and it was not. I had to put in a call to my credit card company to report the transaction and to the insurance company before action was taken. Very dishonest. They don't appreciate your business. You are just another dollar to them. There are many other places to rent cars, why do business with a company that does not value its customers. I will definitely not rent from them again!! BEWARE!

Hertz steals from you and forges your contracts. 110% Negative experience here. They do not care about you or your money and are extremely incompetent in even THAT.

I had a State Farm accident claim and they set me up with a rental through Hertz while my vehicle was in the shop for repairs. Everything was paid for by SF and my insurance covered the rest. There was absolutely no reason at all to opt in to anything or to purchase anything extra. So I didn't. I received my rental with a less than full tank of gas and returned it with a full tank of gas. They tried quietly hitting me with a fuel charge of $25.00 five days after the fact. When I called to inquire, they falsely claimed I had opted in for them to fill the tank once I turned the vehicle in. Now, the only way to fight it was to submit a receipt or bank/cc statement showing when I filled the tank before I returned the car. And then wait three days.

Never again.

If I could give this place negative 100 stars, I would. DO NOT RENT HERE. They will charge your card FRAUDULENTLY. They charged my card TWICE. The first time they could not figure out why they charged me. The second time they charged me 3 MONTHS AFTER I RENTED FROM THEM. It was for an insurance rental and when they submitted the bill to Geico they asked for a certain amount. Geico paid that amount. Then they tell me Geico did not pay fully. I talked to Geico and they said that they had paid in full what was requested and even sent me the paper work showing what Hertz requested and what Geico paid. A few weeks later Hertz wants to charge them more but instead of calling me or Geico they just charged my card. I called and spoke to Gregg and Jay, both are incompetent, liars. They will hang up on you, not call you back, not answer the phone, and claim they have no idea what is going on. When I spoke to Geico again they said that they had spoken to hertz and had sent a check to them for the amount they later requested, but hertz claims they never spoke to Geico. This location should be shut down. The car I had smelt like cheap cologne, stains all over the seats, and was very low on gas when I got it. When I asked if I could return this car to a separate location Jay said no, because they didn't want to have to go to another location to pick it up. These people are awful. They will charge your card for whatever they want and then be MEN and claim that they have done it. I am warning you, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. If I could call corporate and get this location shut down, I WOULD. Also, the store is filthy, other works there look sloppy, and they are SOOOO RUDE. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Superb service. Mr Bryant did a superb job in handling my rental need. Vehicle was ready as promised and exceptional clean and ready for my journey. Thanks Mr. Bryant 😇
