Great experience! The staff is courteous, professional, and really made the transaction painless. Ms. Austin and Ms. Jones were awesome in helping me get exactly the 🚗 I needed to accommodate my travels. I definitely recommend using Hertz for your next rental car experience.

Great experience as always....jontavious and Manager Brandon always provide excellent customer service...I always enjoy coming to the 5th avenue South location....they are very pleasant and professional.

Ok where do i begin. I would give zero stars!!! I called 2 and a half weeks early and made my reservation for a Suv/ minivan. I was quoted a price. I then call the week of my scheduled pick up on that Monday to confirm my reservation. I was assured my vehicle would be there for me on my scheduled pick day. I was told it would be a Honda oddesey, expedition, or Yukon. Upon arriving I saw there was a Yukon on the lot the only vehicle available to accommodate my needs. When I went to check in I was told that vehicle was a three month rental returned by a gold customer and they call and re reserved it. I know that vehicle was my reservation. And I was sent out the door with no resolution and no rental car. Not to mention the other inconvenience of the people that was kind enough to take me to get my reserved rental car, who made a trip for absolutely nothing. I was scheduled to go out of town the next morning. I've never seen service like this in my life. I was majority inconvenience and no one seemed to really car!!

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Best experience I've ever had renting a car and returning a rental car. Painless.
