Amazing customer service. Can't remember the name of the man who helped us when we picked up the moving truck, but he was so nice, and when we asked abut the price of renting a dolly, he through it in for free. We also got one of their brand new trucks.

I made a reservation online and went to the office for pickup. I planned on paying with a debit card. I checked their debit card policy and it showed that I met all of the corporate requirements. When I get to the office, I'm told that they won't take my debit card unless I provide a utility bill or bank statement with my physical address to prove my identity. I provided a valid drivers license with a local address, a military ID (valid in 190 countries), a US Dept. of Labor ID (valid in all 50 states, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands) and they still wouldn't take my debit card that meets all of the corporate policies. I ended up having to have my friend put a hold on his credit card and add me as a second driver. This added and extra $90 to my bill. I went in the next day with a bank statement, and they still would not correct the issue because it has a PO box address. They told me that I can pay with my debit card after I turn it back in. I've never had this much of a hassle from any other rental agency.
