I recently rented an auto from enterprise for family trip. The whole process was amazing from the time I pick up my car and the time I returned  it back. I ordered online for a smaller car when I got to the office for pick up I end up with a auto was even better.

Easy picking up, adding a last minute extension, and dropping our rental. Marcus was extremely helpful during the reservation process and even called after we dropped it off to let us know that we left something in the car. Very professional and friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. I had to extend my rental out for another week & was worried, but they handled it with out any trouble. I also had a flat in the rental, again no worries I was picked up by a tow truck, & in the new rental car in less than 2 hours. Enterprise has the best customer service.

I use the Alabaster location regularly. The entire team is always professional, courteous, and helpful. I really appreciate everything they do.

It takes too long to receive a rental car and this is every time I rent a car from this location. Normally get good rental but the last rental had a smell to it and it needed mechanical work done. Don't think it's fair to reserve a rental car for a particular time and then you told we got to get it clean up for you and every time it's always never clean properly or checked out for any issues.
