This is the best place to rent a vehicle no matter your particular need. The customer service is always excellent. Each person does the exact same thing check out your car with you, explain any and all features, then proceed to checkout. Love this location.

The person who handled my transaction when I came was rude. He was not nice when I told him my situation (I was rushing to Florida where my dad had been hospitalized) and he was not considerate of my time. He made me want to never rent here again and I LOVE enterprise ! Of course the car was fine and the rental was good but he was horrible.

Initially I was given a car that the check engine light came on as soon as I got home, I called and they didn't have a replacement car but promised that they would call me, no one did. I took it back 2 days later and was given another car, which was dirty. Within 2 days of having it, I noticed one fog light was out and the car kept alerting me that the key battery was low. I took the car back, they had no replacement car but promised to call. Of course no one did. I just kept the car for the duration of the rental but I was not pleased. There were at least 7 or 8 representatives at this location, someone should solely be responsible for customer follow ups.

I have used this Enterprise locations several times and they are very helpful and accommodating.  Getting exactly the car you want and need is sometimes an issue as they seem to be very popular. But have always left feeling like they wanted to do the best they could.  Do watch out for the weekend special it has limited mileage.

I normally have good service here through my Carmax warranty. However, I tried to call 8 times between 12 noon and 2pm today and sat on hold for around 20 minutes each time. Only twice did someone pick up the phone...to hang up on me without saying anything. This is making it really hard to get anything done.
