I enjoyed my experience with the staff very much. They were professional but not only that they were courteous, kind and accomplished

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had:
- I made an online reservation but not only was the vehicle not the same type as reserved but it wasn’t ready when I arrived 
- After I made the online reservation, o still had to sit in the office for an hour while they took down all my details and cleaned the car
- The employee who “helped” me did not help. He never explained the process or what was happening, he never volunteered any information and was monosyllabic when I asked him questions. Near the end of the interaction, he was almost rude

To sum: Enterprise stinks at transitioning an online experience to an in store one. They need to do a basic job of explaining their processes and laying out customer expectations. And have the cars ready when you show, or at the very least be willing and able to explain to me why there is a delay. Without me having to ask. 

I will rent cars again, but not through Enterprise.

I totaled my car and my insurance company requested to have my rental extended because they made a mistake. Josh from Enterprise sent me threatening text messages advising that they were going to send me to collections for a $40 balance AFTER we had a phone conversation and I explained that I didn't request the extension and asked him to contact my insurance company and/or my attorney. He did not care what I had to say and continued to harass me. He was VERY unprofessional and inconsiderate. Ultimately, my attorney got everything straight and my insurance company paid for the extension just as I tried to explain to Josh.
