First, it’s important for me to say that in all of my years of renting cars and trucks from Enterprise I have never run across an unpleasant employee and Joe, the fellow with whom I dealt, was no exception; he was great!

The cars however, were awful. This was a one way rental, I was to drop the car off at Newark airport. I had to exchange the first car I was given because of a very unpleasant surprise in the cargo area. The previous renter had a dog, and apparently the dog had a gastrointestinal containment problem. I’ll leave it there.  According to the info system it needed an oil change as well. 

The replacement car had so much deodorant sprayed in it that we had to drive it with all the windows down for a while to avoid suffocating. 

The last time I rented a one way vehicle from a local franchise in Nashville I received a Jeep that was in such disrepair it had to be exchanged as well. 

Based on the license plates none of these cars was owned by the local franchise, and it is beginning to become clear that the local franchises won’t put any effort towards maintaining a car that is dropped off on a one way rental. In spite of their very pleasant employees I will avoid local Enterprise franchises from now on.

The one-week rental process was seamless, quick and included a free upgrade. The Assistant Manager, William Hoehne, could not have been nicer nor more helpful. I will definitely recommend and use this agency again. It was a pleasure working with the staff. Joe Roche

Good service thanks to Ms. Kamilah Greene. Kamilah made sure I didn't have a long wait, that my car was clean and had gas in it. We went over the vehicle to make sure there was no damage and we discussed all the insurance opitons. I will definitely go back.

I always use Enterprise.  My insurance tried to get me to use another for $2 less per day, but it was well worth the several extra dollars. It saved me time and got me a newer great car.

I'm a loyal and satisfied customer of Enterprise Car Rental. Let me be more specific. Enterprise Car Rental in Lafayette Hill. 
They've given me free vehicle upgrades and will only charged me for one day even though I've returned the car after they closed. All of the staff members are friendly and efficient.
