We rented a car from Indiana for two and half month.  I was told to come in to an enterprise location after a month.  I called before coming in and went three days after the one month date.  Kamilah Greene charged for 102 more dollars for three days. I had to go back the next day to settle this issue.  Kamilah will do everything to milk every dollar out of you. Watch out.  Gas, to dents, to charging unnecessary things. Avoid her if possible. This may be their way of doing business. Better yet go to other rental car company.

Fast and easy pick up and drop off.  No paperwork issues.  Only complaint is that the car itself was not very clean inside.

Kamilah Greene, the assistant manager, is rude, unprofessional & unhelpful. She was not only rude to me but also to other customers. She is a disgrace to the values of Enterprise, & should be fired! I will not be renting there again. I hope management reads this & speaks to her about her attitude. She should treat customers better. What a shame.

This was truly excellent service.  Friendly and competent people on the phone and in person!  My plans had changed and I needed a lift to get the car and I was met with immediate attention and assistance.  I will no doubt use this enterprise center again! This is how good customer service is done.  Thank you!
